Manor House 1920 and the adjacent Tonkinson House 1924 are nestled amongst trees with the surrounding flower gardens and lawn providing a peaceful and quiet haven. Nowhere else can you \'awake to birds, not traffic\' and still be only minutes walk from Dunedin Central Citys\' focal point, The Octagon.

Lounge in the garden whilst using the FREE Wi-Fi and your friends make you food on the BBQ or meet new and friendly people in the sociable kitchen area, take time out and watch some DVD\'s or have a game of table tennis.
