Global Reach Institute develops educational programs designed to intertwine humanitarian actitives with teaching you about China from a different perspective than you could experience in any other way. Our programs introduce you to the people through visits to villages, schools, orphanages, etc., and will teach you about the political, educational, and medical systems, as well as the religions, traditions, and cultural beliefs that create the culture.

Typical Day

After a good nights sleep in a beautiful hotel, you will have breakfast and then be off to visit a Hutong village where the peasants travel by bicycle or pedicab. After showing us their village and homes, they will teach us to make Chinese dumplings before sitting us down for a home cooked meal. Later in the afternoon, we will visit the Forbidden City and Tiannanmen Square for a study about the dynasties and the current political system. This evening, we will enjoy a Peking Duck dinner and inner and then see a show called the Legend of Kung Fu. Each day is filled with incredible learning experiences, and memorable moments.

Age range, type of group

5-80 year olds will enjoy this program, as long as they have a passion for learning and a humanitarian heart. We welcome families, singles, couples, and seniors!

Sleeping and meals

Luxury hotels (4-5 star) are utilized where ever available, and in rural areas, we will use the best available hotels. The restaurants have all been checked out and passed our scrupulous standards. Most meals are included, as are entertainment, hotels, internal flights in China, and most all expenses other than personal.
