Our home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your Florida vacation a time to remember.

* The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds, (one is Disney themed ), and share the third bathroom

* 26'x12' screened pool plus spa, both of which can be heated if required, Full selection of pool furniture provided.

* Games room with pool table, basketball, air hockey, electronic darts

* A playstation and games, CD player and selection of board games are provided.

* Ample supply of linens and towels are provided.

Our luxury home is an ideal base from where to explore everything Florida has to offer, from busy days at the theme parks, shopping at the numerous malls, or just relaxing by the 26'x12' South facing private pool with spa.

For golfers there is also an on site 18 hole championship golf course and clubhouse. Our home is furnished to a very high standard with hand picked ( not package ) furniture.

The home is fully equipped for, and can accommodate up to ten guests when using the sofa bed. Crib / highchair are available if required.

Rates & Availability

Rates are from $840.00 per week in Low season to $1000.00 per week in High season.

Prices are for the villa per week.

Taxes, utilities, and cleaning are included in prices.

Pool & spa heat is charged at an additional $25.00 per day if required
