For those who choose to wander, the surrounding area has much to offer. We often take organized trips
to enjoy the area. There are several waterfalls, majestic gorges, and the beautiful Cayuga Lake within 15 minutes. The City of Ithaca is nearby, a stop that many enjoy for its unique artisans, shopping, natural products, museums, science center and the beautiful Ivy League campus of Cornell University. The Cayuga Lake Wine country sports charming vineyards, antique and craft shops, and lovely views! Winter offers excellent cross country skiing (right off the grounds), and warmer weather offers excellent mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding nearby.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway focused on rejuvenating your health, and resting your mind, in a charming and peaceful country environment.
Our retreats are held at a quaint 1890’s bed and breakfast style farmhouse. There are five rooms that accommodate five to nine people, so the participants are sure to enjoy a very peaceful and private stay. The grounds are completely surrounded by tall pines and are nestled in the quiet farmland area in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. There is a fitness room with cardiovascular and resistance equipment, a hot tub, a heated pool, a sauna, a large exercise trampoline and a lovely country pond with a paddle boat. A bright yoga room accommodates daily yoga or Pilates classes and is available anytime for stretching or meditating. Large grassy grounds with walking trails provide peaceful exercise. A wrap around porch is available for lounging, reading, and conversing.
A quiet country road, ideal for strolling or mountain biking (mountain bikes provided) runs along the property. You will find this location an ideal getaway!

Description of Rooms/Suites

We have four rooms with private baths (showers). They are newly renovated and have a bunk system with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. We have a two rooms that share a bath. One has a double bed and a twin bed, the other has only a twin bed (our mini-room).Each room is warmly decorated with country quilts on the beds. They all have airconditioning, a TV with a vcr and dvd player. The mattresses are very comfortable.

Amenities

Year round, we have a fitness room with resistance and cardiovascular equipment, an infra-red sauna, a hot tub and a movie and book library. From late spring to early fall, we also have a pool, a large rebounder (trampoline), mountain bikes, walking trails and a pond with a paddleboat. We do have wireless internet available.

Services Offered

Massages, reflexology, bodyscrubs and colon hydro therapy are available by request.
