This Little House is a perfect getaway for a week or weekend. Located in the city Of Historic Manitou Springs, it offers unique and GORGEOUS VIEWS of the Pikes Peak and the city. Just a minute away from historic downtown it offers atmosphere of serenity and relaxation. Breath crisp and cool air as you take a morning walk through the MEMORIAL PARK right by to one of the five MINERAL SPRINGS
to enjoy a sip of healing MINERAL WATER.
The LITTLE HOUSE NESTLED OVER HISTORIC MANITOU SPRINGS was built in 1910s and it has a lot of architectural/historical character to it. Wood beam ceilings, wood paneling, old wood burning fireplace give this place its own unique charm.
Fully equipped KITCHEN allows you to make any meal of your choice.
The kitchen and the hallway have hard wood floors.
Enjoy fresh ground morning coffee and a COMPLIMENTARY SELF-SERVED BREAKFAST in a small DINNING ROOM/BREAKFAST NOOK.
LIVING ROOM boasts charming WOODBURNING FIREPLACE and NATURAL STONE WALLS.
Two BEDROOMS and a BATHROOM are downstairs. MAIN BEDROOM has a queen size bed, a chest of draws, two night stands, small table and a closet. Spare bedroom(currently unavailable) has a queen size futon,a
natural stone wall, a big green house window and an oversized walk-in closet.
The BATHROOM has new ceramic tiles with a tub and a shower, a sink cabinet, a hamper and a linen closet.
