FROM AIRPORT:

The best and easiest option is to take a taxi. Depending on the time, it should cost between 30-35 reais. Directions for Taxi: Simply print the ‘Directions for Taxi’ (text in portuguese), give it to the driver and they will know where to go.

We’re on the right corner with the Street ‘Rua Tonelero’, right after the Street ‘Rua Santa Clara’, and right before the tunnel. Go down in the Street ‘Rua Lacerda Coutinho’ till number 45. But you will see our great graffiti wall.

A cheaper option is the ´Real´ bus. Walk out of the arrivals lounge, take a right past the waiting taxis and look out for the aiport bus stop. It costs around 6 reais and the driver speaks english. It goes along the main beach road of Copacabana - 'Avenida Atlântica’. Ask to stop at 'Hotel JW Marriott’ or at Street ‘Rua Santa Clara’. Walk up this Street ‘Rua Santa Clara’ and turn the first left after Street ‘Rua Tonelero’ on to 'Rua Lacerda Coutinho’. It’s a small street. We’re number 45. But you will see our great graffiti wall.

FROM BUS STATION:

Again the best and easiest option is to take a radio taxi from just outside the bus station. You pay a fixed fee at the counter. It will cost about 20 Reais to get to Copacabana. Directions for taxi: Simply print the ‘directions for taxi’ (in Portuguese), give it to the driver and they will know where to go.

We’re on the right corner with the Street – ‘Rua Tonelero’, right after the Street ‘Rua Santa Clara’, and right before the tunnel. Go down in the Street ‘Rua Lacerda Coutinho’ till number 45. But you will see our great graffiti wall.

Another option is to take the ´Real´ bus from in front of the bus station. It’s cheaper but takes much longer. It costs 4 reais and the driver speaks English. Walk past the taxi rank just outside the station and wait for the bus at the side of the road opposite. They run every 15 minutes and will stop on the main beach road of Copacabana - ‘Avenida Atlântica’. Ask to stop at 'Hotel JW Marriott’ or at Street ‘Rua Santa Clara’. Walk up this Street ‘Rua Santa Clara’ and turn the first left after Street ‘Rua Tonelero’ onto 'Rua Lacerda Coutinho’. It’s a small street. We’re number 45. But you will see our great graffiti wall.

Alternatively, walk over to the other side of the station and walk across the road, past the taxis, and catch any bus to 'Copacabana', most of which run along Street ‘Rua Barata Ribeiro’. Ask to stop at Street ‘Rua Santa Clara’. Walk up this street (‘Rua Santa Clara’) in the direction of ‘Rua Tonelero’ one block and turn the first left after you pass Street ‘Rua Tonelero’ onto 'Rua Lacerda Coutinho. It’s a small street. We’re number 45. But you will see our great graffiti wall.
