Surrounding Area

Located among the beautiful pines and mature oaks of Buck Meadows our resort is just 15 minutes to the Big Oak Flat (west) gate to Yosemite. In every direction the views are spectacular and from the top of the hill on our 43 acre facility you can see the snow covered peaks in Yosemite. Many activities are nearby including river rafting, hiking trails, horseback riding, golf and natures own Rainbow Pool just 4 minutes away with beautiful waterfalls raining down on you as you swim. At an elevation of 3000 ft. we generally experience warm summer days in the 80's and low 90's and cool nights in the 60's with over 300 days of sunshine average per year.

RV Park

Our park features a full service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from March through November, a general store, gas station, laundromat, propane, group picnic area and hot mens and womens showers with dressing areas. We have large family style housekeeping cabins with lofts that sleep up to 6 with full kitchen and bath. We also have smaller one room cabins with bath and mini kitchen. Our Garden Cottages feature a queen size bed in the bedrom, queen or full size sofa bed in the living room and two bunk beds, sleeping up to 6, with full bath and kitchen. Our RV sites have 30/50 AMP service, water, sewer and are in nicely shaded areas adjacent to hiking and bike riding. All units and RV sites have DirecTV .

Rooms/Cabins

Our Family Cabins with air conditioning, large shower and toilet and a kitchen include a large refridgerator, full range and oven, microwave, coffee pot and toaster and will sleep up to 6 in a full size bedroom, sofabed in the living room and loft with queen size air mattress or 2 bunkbeds. They also have a large front porch with patio furniture. Our Camping Cabins have a full size futon, table and chairs, shower and toilet and a mini kitchen with sink, small refridgerator, microwave, toaster and coffeepot. They also have a small front porch and sleep 2. Our Garden Cottages sleep up to 6 in a queen size bedroom, queen size sofa bed and two bunk beds with a full bath and kitchen with large refridgerator, range and oven, microwave, coffeepot and toaster. They also have heat and air conditioning.
All units are housekeeping and are supplied with all linens, furniture and utensils as well as DirecTV. Each unit has a BBQ out front and picnic table.

Amenities

Our full service Buck Meadows Restaurant open March through November serves great homestyle food in large portions at a very reasonable price. Our menu, featuring American, Italian and Mexican favorites is on our home page. Our General Store carries everything you might need while you're away from home as well as food, beverages and Yosemite merchandise. We have separate Mens and Womens bathrooms and showers with private dressing areas, a small laundromat and a Gas Station all on site.

Policies & Restrictions

All units are non smoking and no pets allowed. We do allow one pet per site on our RV sites as long as they are not left unattended.
