Description of Vacation Rental Property

Villa Spethodia is located in the Great River Private area and consists of four bedrooms. It has recently been totally refurbished. The professional staff that is there to make your stay comfortable consists of a Cook, Chambermaid, Gardener and a Laundress. Being just five minutes drive off the main road between Montego Bay and Negril and just 20 minutes drive to the airport makes it the perfect location for a stress free vacation. The pool is large - 20'x50'. The living room has vaulted ceilng and ceiling fans. The indoor dining area is raised above the living room and there is room for eight. Again, on the very large verandah you will find comfortable lounging and there is another dining area here as well, also with room for 8.

All four bedrooms have direct access to the large verandah. The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2 others, which are located in a separate building, have either a double and a 3/4 bed or twins. Two bedrooms have A/C. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and walk in closets. Naturally all bedroom windows are screened and louvered. Your cook will do all the shopping for you and will prepare all your meals to your desires, also Jamaican specialties if you would like. The butler will take care of serving and making your drinks that will be served on the verandah. The chambermaid will make sure your rooms are cleaned and that there are fresh towels and linen. The laundress comes 3 times a week and will do your personal laundry on request. There is a separate staff quarters with laundry.

Down the hill is a private ocean front park that is exclusively for the villas in the area. There is no sand beach at the moment, but there will be soon. If what you desire is quiet, top-notch service and relaxation but still close to the hustle and bustle of Montego Bay, then Villa Spethodia is for you.
