Bed & Breakfast of Cabin Cove's private hide-a-way
Description of Surrounding Area
Historical Society Museum, Water Park, Art Museum, Robert Barlow Library, Calkins Nature Area, Scenic City Empress tour boat. Refurished train depot and switch tower. Eagle City Winery for tours and wine tasting.
Description of Accommodations
A private dock on the Iowa River for your boat. Cabin is handicap accessible. Central Air. Full Kitchen. We serve a full breakfast. Outside you can take a walk in the woods or visit the Butterfly House or stroll around the flower gardens.
Description of Rooms/Suites
Two bedrooms with log beds and pillow top mattresses. The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy the fireplace while reading books or watching television. Sit at the table and look out over the river and enjoy the birds at the feeder.
Amenities
We have 16 eating establishments for your dining pleasure. You can browse in The Book Cellar/Coffee Attic and enjoy a variety of wonderful, unforgettable drinks of special coffees. The Princess Cafe' has a hugh marble ice cream counter and delicious ice cream sundaes. The town of Iowa falls is within walking distance.
Restrictions
No smoking, no pets. Facilities for children not available.
