Description of Surrounding Area

We sit down in a Valley surrounded by a creek for swimming, tubing or fishing. Our 66 acres is full of trails for horseback riding, hiking, birding, and hunting. We are just 11 miles from Holiday Valley Ski Resort in Ellicottville, 55 miles from Niagara Falls, 40 miles from Letchworth Park, Rock City, Allegany State Park and Kensu Dam.

Description of Accommodations

Our 100 year old farm home and log cabin enviornment holds 8 rooms with private baths all decorated in a country theme. We offer Bed and Breakfast for you or your horse, our Hungry Hunter sized breakfasts are served buffet for any diet restrictions, being religious or health. Our 27 stall barn hosts a variety of horses breeds and sizes for every rider. The 66 acres snuggled in the foothills of the Alleganies is breathtaking in its beauty found along the manicured trails provided for our guests.

Description of Rooms/Suites

Our log cabin overlooks the South Branch of the Cattaraugus Creek, sleeping 6 with a fireplace and private bath. Our Hay Loft Apartment with two decks that overlook the horse pastures, sleeps up to 10 with a huge bathroom and entrance into the Hay Mow. Our Bunk House with handicap facilities has two bedrooms that sleep up to 8 in all. The original 100 year farm home has 4 bedrooms that sleep up to 14 guests. All rooms are done in separate themes and can be viewed on our website individually.

Amenities

We are a Bed & Breakfast with full Hungry Hunter meals. BBQ's are a regular event when Family Reunions, Weddings, Horse Camp, Youth Groups, Clubs, Corporations, Company Picnics are scheduled. Horseback riding is the main activity, but we also offer fishing, swimming, tubing, jacuzzi, horseshoe pits, volleyball, badminton, and ping pong. We have nightly Bonfires with music and story telling, TV's in each room with a VHS liabrary for your use. Natural Spring water flows thru each faucet for one and all.

Services Offered

We cater to all your personal needs from physical exercise to hypmotherapy. The ranch is known for its wellness for body and sole, the peace and quite, the beauty of its surroundings, the color and fragrences of its flora are all fuel for your inner being.

Restrictions

You are welcome to bring your pets, we have kennels in the barn for their overnight stay and 66 acres sitting in it's own valley for their safety in play. Smoking is outside only...age is like Disneyland...there is something for everyone from skipping rocks in the creek to catching polywoggs in the pond. Of course Horsebackriding is the favorite from 2 years old to 89.

Directions

On our website we have provided directions to the ranch from every area. We are 45 miles south of Buffalo, NY, just 11 miles east of Holiday Valley Ski Resort in Ellicottville. Just think we are within 500 miles of over 1/2 the population of the USA!

Discounts Offered

Groups of 20+ receive a 10% discount.
Other discounts are offered for length of stay, professions, and seniors.
All inclusive programs are offered for Schools, Girl Scouts, 4-H, Boy Scouts, Youth Groups, Church Groups, Corporation Team Building Seminars, Symposiums, etc.
