This beautiful urban condo is located in a quiet and secluded part of a residential area less than a 10 minute drive up the street from the Capitol Hill offices and a 5 minute drive to the Langston Golf Course, which offers full service golfing/range opportunities daily from dusk until dawn! Union Station is also less than a 10 minute drive away, with paid parking. At Union Station, there's a movie theater, trendy shops, and diverse food court. Also Near The Condo:BWI Airport is promptly a 30 minute ride away. There is a huge grocery store and a bank and an outdoor mall 6 blocks away, along with a big famous drugstore across the street that is open 24 hrs. You can see the U.S. Capitol from here and is directly up the street. The back of the U.S. National Arboretum is literally footsteps away from the property. Downtown DC and Chinatown are also less than a 15 minute ride away and the nightlife of burgeoning H Street is just a few minutes away up the street. This is a gem of a DC condo that is 800 sq ft., very attractively furnished, and tucked away near a quiet cul de sac at the foot of the historical National Arboretum, in an urban area of the city, away from the touristy and more expensive parts of DC. The condo is close enough to DC tourist attractions, but tends to attract patrons who enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle of the rambling tourist areas, while having the luxury of being able to drive and park in the heart of major DC attractions for free. SleepAway Home is a 5 minute drive from the Capitol Hill area and less than a 15 minute drive to downtown and other centrally located tourist spots in DC. Though the majority of our patrons drive, SleepAway Home is ideal lodging for EVERYONE, and most of our patrons are either families, couples, group vacationers, or those who have more taste than money, but who love the affordable, yet worry free atmosphere we provide. SleepAway Home sleeps up to 6 people comfortably and offers 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed), one full bath, one large sectional with queen sofa bed, and one full sofa bed. The sleeping quarters are ideal for large families, group vacationers, or anyone requiring a fully functional spacious living arrangement. *For monthly or corporate guests, pricing for this condo rivals pricing for long-term local corporate housing, which oftentimes DOES charge for computer and Internet rental or other amenities you might pay a premium for at a hotel.

Complimentary unlimited Union Station garaged parking right near all major DC attractions and right across the street from The House of Representatives, on the ay to the Capitol and has a Metro Station--just park and ride for as long as you want to! Then return safely to your car for a ten minute drive back to the condo!!!

No Smoking and no pets.

Rates & Availability

$135 per night for 1-3 people and $160 per night for 4-6 people, with a $30 per night charge for each individual person after 6 people, regardless of age. $300 deposit for 1-3 people and $400 deposit for 4 or more people. Deposit due within 7 days of booking to hold and guarantee the unit for your use.

Discounts Offered

ONLY DURING NON-PEAK MONTHS (OCT. THROUGH MAR.) $125/day, $800wk, and $2500/mo. One time $100 cleaning fee also applies.Checkin is after 3pm and checkout is at 10am, but IF WE CAN, we make reasonable concessions for our guests who have early morning arrivals and late night departures. 3 day minimum stay required, but stay as long as you'd like! The deposit required to hold the reservation is $300 and is refundable upon no damages (OTHER DEPOSIT POLICIES LISTED ABOVE).All reservations are only guaranteed by deposits received within 7 days of booking. All balances are due in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.
