Description of Surrounding Area

This apartment is in the center of Jerusalem just two minutes walk to City Hall and Safra Square. It is a 10 minute walk to the Old City "shuk" and the Ben Yehuda Midrechov. Located in the Morasha neighborhood, the apartment is between Jerusalem's Old City walls, City Hall, Mea Sharrim, the Russian Compound, and Route 1.

Description of Vacation Rental Property

The apartment is located in a 7 story building that houses Jerusalem residents, many of whom were the origional owners of the properties. The surrounding neighborhood is being gentrified by the creation of luxury apartment complexes and single family villas. The best falafel is available just two minutes walk to Shivte Yisrael.

The apartment is located on the North end of the building and has windows on three sides. This allows the cool evening breezes to naturally cool the apartment. Airconditioning is available.

The apartment includes 1 1/2 baths, a bedroom with two extra long twin beds, a kid's room with bunk beds for two on premium twin beds and a roll out bed for a third child. A sixth person can sleep on the day bed in the Salon.

The apartment includes washer/dryer, full kitchen appliances, satellite TV, telephone for local calls, and WIFI Internet access.

Services Offered

We charge for final cleaning. Catered Shabbat and holiday meals available upon request. Tours guides and tourist information.
