Big villa with large patio just 400 meters away from a magnificent white sandy beach on Indian Ocean. It is located in Diani Beach, only 30 miles south of Mombasa, Kenya, which is a major int'l airport. The villa has 2 large bedroooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Plus a very large patio with everything you can dream, as you can see in the pics. Villa also has a big yard with frangipani trees, hybiscus flowers, etc. Compound swimming pool is located 20 mt. away from the property and, as the compound is consisting of only 8 villas, it is very likely to have no other guests at the swimming pool
