The developments offer magnificent views over the Marina and various important landmarks in the city. All our apartments are very close at Jumeirah Public Beach and close the most famous hotels of Dubai (Burj al Arab, Mina A’ Salam, Jumeirah Beach Hotel etc. In a walking distance of about 300 meters you will find supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, sports club etc. The views from the apartments balconies are breath taking. Our villas are located in the peaceful Springs development in Emirates Hills/Dubai.They are close to all amenities and not far from Jumeirah Beach. There are 3 golf courses nearby and many leisure clubs with swimming pools and facilities. The villa is ideally located for access to Dubai Marina, the Dubai Media City and the Internet City. Dubai city is not far either and the villa is extremely well located all round.

Our apartments: The apartments feature spacious bedrooms with large windows built-in wardrobes. Depending on the property we offer various capacity apartments, such as 1 bedroom apartments (for couples) and up to 4 bedrooms (for familes). Inform us how many person willa ccommodate and we will arrange for a appropriate apartment that meets your needs.Our viilas: All villas have 2 cosy bedrooms plus study. The dimensions are suitable for a family plus 2 children or for 1 or 2 couples. The master bedroom is larger than the other but both have en suite bathrooms. There is a study where you can store things, use as a study or use as a supplemental bedroom as can accommodate one adult. The villas are new as is all the furniture. All facilities are provided.
