Milton, Florida Horseback Riding

Active Adventure
a beautiful ride thru the majestic blackwater river state forest in munson florida.the horses i have are the gentelest horses in florida.i train my horses for two months befor i open up for business,i train them to the trail on where to walk and wheret to trot and where to canter.
Typical Day
i get to the stable at 8am start getting the feed ready the first to be fed is the pony ( skittles) then the colt gets fed ( hotshot ). then i start feeding the herd ,the first to come in is the arabian ( storm ),then the paint (naccaloua) ,next is my quaterhorse( roxxy ),the next is whiskey then earl, popcorn, and volcano and then the donkey big al comes in to eat.after they eat i start saddling them up.we ride western style so saddling only takes about an hr..then i find out how well every one rides then i put them on their horses i give a brief discription on how to operate a horse. ( all my horses neck rein ) then we get under way.as soon as we go thru the road gate we're in the state forest.while riding on the trail the rider can see tons of wildlife and fauna all around them.after 45min. to 90min. later everybody rides back up to the stable.the riders dismount and the horses get little break between rides. then they get a little water munch a little hay and get ready to do it all over again.

Age range, type of group
childern have to be 7 to ride their own horse.on the 45min. basic trail.they have to 10 to ride the 90min. basic and advance trails ( that inculds the 45min. advance trail ).we can handle groups of 6 at a time.it is a great place to bring a date.
Sleeping and meals
we have places for families to picnic and horseshoe pits and a small fishing pond that you can fish in ( catch & release).we are close to nature trails within the park.

Restrictions
we don't allow riders to bring their dogs to the stables we don't know if their dog will get along with one or all of our dogs or the horses.we don't allow smoking on trail at any time manly be cause of the drought that were going thru.
