The Palm Jumeirah, also famously known as the 8th Wonder of the World is not only a breath taking concept that offers paradise on your doorstep, It is also a prime location. 5 minutes from the Dubai Marina which has massives of restaurants and a harbour, fantastic at day or night, it is 10 minutes from the Mall of The Emirates (award winning shopping Mall,also with indoor ski slope), it is also 10 minutes from the IBN Batutta shopping mall and a minute drive to the main Sheikh Zayed Road which allows you access to everything that Dubai has to offer.

Vacation Rental Property

All our properties are furnished identically to a 5* standard . We have 2 styles for guests to choose from, either Arabic style or more contemporary.
Each apartment is the same size and layout, offering a large master bedroom with kingsize bed, a twin bedroom and in the Arabic style we have 2 large fold down leather sofa's catering for 6 people.
The master bedroom has a walk in wardobe with safe and the twin bedroom has 2 double wardobes giving ample of storage space.
The large lounge has a dining area with dining facilities and the kitchen is fully equip.
All apartments have a large balcony which has a large table/chairs, a smaller table with chairs, water fountain and foilage to make it more comfortable and cosy.
The apartment also has an office with its own ensuite.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

All apartments sleep 4- 6 people. The master bedroom has a large ensuite, the twin room has a seperate bathroom/shower, there is also an ensuite in the office and a toilet by the front door.
In total there are 4 toilets, 2 seperate showers, 2 shower/baths.

Amenities

All bedrooms and lounge come with LCD TV's and DVD players with television channels and also internet. Local calls are free, calls to mobiles and internationally are charged.
Kitchen is full equip with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4 door fridge/freezer etc, their is Air conditioning in each room.

Policies & Restrictions

No pets are allowed on The Palm Jumeirah.
No smoking inside, however there are ash trays available on the balcony.
Suitable for families or couples, groups are allowed however we only accept 4 adults per apartment, any more will need an additional apartment.

There is someone on site 24 hours a day that is English speaking.

Directions

25 minutes from Dubai International Airport, straight down Sheikh Zayed Road towards Abu Dhabi/Jebel Abi and you take the Palm Jumeirah exit.
