Barrie is located approximately 90 km. north of Toronto via Highway 400, a six-lane, controlled-access highway that runs directly through the City of Barrie, placing it on Toronto?s doorstep. We are 80 km. from Pearson International Airport. Barrie?s Molson Centre is central Ontario?s premier sports and entertainment centre. Barrie has a well-established downtown core that offers boutique shopping and outdoor cafes. Barrie also offers numerous shopping experiences, including 3 major malls, a growing number of big box retailers and many commercial plazas located throughout the city.
