All apartments are fully self-contained, have outstanding views with large sun balconies, and have been tastefully furnished and decorated . They are equipped with colour TV and direct dial telephone . You have a choice of one or two bedroom apartments, all have ceiling fans, ensuite facilities, as well as a main bathroom with bath and separate shower . They have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven and dishwasher, and a modern laundry with washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities . On site indoor and outdoor heated pools and spas for relaxation all year round, together with tour desk, outdoor pool table, gymnasium and sauna, undercover BBQ and cabana area & children's playground . Please note: an AUD$250 . 00 credit card pre-authorisation OR AUD$250 . 00 cash bond is required on check-in for security . Please note: This property is not part of the Schoolies Program as it does not have the policies and resources to accommodate the needs of the guests during the annual Schoolies Festival . Any bookings pertaining to school and/or university leavers will be cancelled and are non-refundable . Refurbishment work to the building will commence from November 5th until December 15th 2013, between the hours of 7am and 5pm Monday to Saturday . Windows, doors and balustrades are being upgraded and other works conducted . This is being done with swing stages on specific vertical sections of the building at any one time, to minimise inconvenience to residents and guests . There will be no scaffolding on the property but some noise will be experienced during the day . No work will be carried out during the Christmas school holidays from December 23rd till January 20th 2013 inclusive and all resort facilities will be available during this period . From November 5th, 2012 until December 22nd, 2012 and also from January 20th until May, 2013, the outdoor pool, spa, BBQ, gym and playground will be unavailable between 7 am and 5pm Monday to Saturday . The tennis Court, heated indoor pool, indoor spa and sauna remain available for use . We are a beachfront location and the patrolled flag area is immediately in front of Hi Surf .
