Olympic Terrace Suites offers luxury apartment rentals near the City University of Hong Kong (about 10 minutes), Dragon Center, New Kowloon Plaza, and Golden Shopping Center. Apartments have one, two, or three bedrooms furnished to a high standard with fitted cupboards/drawers and roman blinds. Kitchens are equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, and microwave oven. Utensils and cookware are available on request. Telephone and television sets are provided and a point has been installed. Satellite TV has been provided. <br><br>The onsite clubhouse has a 24-hour gym and male and female changing/shower room. Public tennis and squash facilities are nearby. Olympic Terrace has a business center with Internet and printing services available. Laundry service is also available. Small pets are allowed on a case by case basis, as long as there is not too much noise and no nuisance is caused to the neighbors.
