You will be then given instructions on check in procedures & where to obtain your key.Office Hours Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.30pmSaturday, Sunday and Public Holidays - 8.00am to 5.00pmPlease note the following conditions apply for all bookings traveling over the school leavers period: - Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.- For minors under 18 years of age traveling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.- A non-refundable security fee of AUD 100.00 per person will be required upon check-in.- A bond of 300.00 per person will be required on check in.- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules & terms and conditions on arrival.
