Sadie Thompson Inn, the home of Somerset Maugham's short story 'Rain', is a 14-room downtown boutique hotel with arguably the best bar and restaurant in Pago Pago. Rooms are spacious all with lounge area, DSL internet connection, cable TV with DVD player, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator/coffee facilities, etc. Recently remodeled to luxury standards, all rooms are Queen plus a Queen sleeper/couch. Deluxe rooms have separate lounge area overlooking the harbor. Overlooking Pago Pago's harbor, this two-story Hotel is less than a mile from most downtown shops, businesses, and entertainment.
