The Cumbuco Guesthouse in Cumbuco is a great place to stay for a few different reasons. The Guesthouse is only 3 minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes to the supermarket or the restaurants and not more than 10 minutes away from the kitebeach.
Make use of the complete kitchen if you like to cook yourself or use the barbecue place to have a grilled fish or the famous brazilian steaks or just relax on the windy varanda in a nice and comfortable hammock.All rooms have double beds or single beds and their own shower and bathroom. A bungalow is available with 2 bunk beds for 4 people. All rooms are cleaned daily and a laundry service is available as well.

Where is Cumbuco ?

Cumbuco is a very small fishing village in Brazil and about 30 kilometers north of Fortaleza and belongs to the state of Ceara. The whole town has about 1000 citizens and is the weekend destination for a lot of young people from Fortaleza and from all Brazil because Fortaleza has the all year round climate to attract even visitors from Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo. Cumbuco has everything you need from super long quite beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, small fish restaurants, Pizzeria , Steak house.

Cumbuco The Paradise for Kiter and Windsurfer. But why ?


Because the weather conditions allow you to kite and windsurf almost every day of the year. The huge and beautiful sanddunes arround Cumbuco generate the perfect thermal wind for a Watersport Paradise. The best months are June till January where you need a kite from 8 to 16 meter m2 ! From February till May there is the rainy season but even then you will have days to kite. After 1-3 hours of showers the sky opens again and wind comes back. During this period you should bring bigger kites to make sure to kite as much as possible.
