We are building a real hostel that fulfill the needs of long-term backpackers:
We think a hostel in Montreal should offer a vibrant style that surprise, but still comfortable.
So far, it's a work in progress. Don't worry though, no one is working at the moment. We taking ideas and looking for artists.
On the premises:
Larger kitchen with 3 refrigerators. Save money: cook your own meal, buy your own beer.

We very proud of our new ensuite dorm: ensuite means bathroom/shower are in the dorm. Just a few hostels offer that in Montreal. We offer also cheap ``no frills`` dorm share bathroom .
If you chose a double bed private room. This is a good value because you will share living room, kitchen and bathroom whit just one other room. It'S like sharing an apartment.
Exclusive to Alexandrie: small room, very small at small price.
Our rooms are lit by natural light (large windows)

Everything is around us : the arts and entertainment district, the financial district , Old Montreal, Latin quarter, McGill campus, and Chinatown.
The hip restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. We're also near the bus station and metro... save on bus pass or taxi! Several grocery stores/markets are in our area.
The staff here knows the city very well and will ensure that you get the most out of Montreal without breaking the bank while seeing things that might not be in any guide books!

Alone or with a group or family we have a room or apartment for those on an economic budget.

Important information:
- 2 nights consecutive minimum
- Non-smoking environment
- Check-in after 4PM (unless available sooner). We can keep your luggage if you arrive earlier.
- Check-out 11AM
- Office open until 11PM. No reservations accepted after this time. We are closed after 11PM. Registered guests have keys.
- For changes or cancellations, you must notify us at least a day in advance, before 4 PM, otherwise the first night is charged.
- We will be happy to serve you in English or French
- Taxes not include in the price, approximately 17%

Directions

From central bus station:
Walk 4 blocks against the traffic on De Maisonneuve street and turn left on Amherst street.

From metro station:
Stop at Berri-UQAM station, look for Place Dupuis exit. on De Maisonneuve street, walk eastward then turn left on Amherst street.

From airport:
Take the shuttle (Aerobus) until the bus station and ask to be driven to the hostel or walk
