Edi's Sea View Rooms (old Town)

Welcome to Dubrovnik. Edi\'s Sea View Rooms are located directly on the Pile Beach (Old Town), 50 meters near the historic part of Dubrovnik city center.The first guest house has been recently renovated and everything inside is new. All rooms in house have Air Conditioning. All the rooms have also king size beds..fridges.. every room in house have a private bathroom..in some rooms are the bathroom inside the rooms in some rooms are the bathrooms just next door outside the rooms.
On the top 3 th floor there is 1 room with the private bathroom inside the room and the view is back to the Hilton hotel and hill Srdj.
On the second floor we have 2 sea view rooms with 2 private bathrooms.. first room has private bathroom just next door and the second room has also private bathroom one floor up...in this rooms there is possibility to put 1 extra bed in each room.
Also on the second floor we have one more room with private bathroom inside the room and the view is back to the Hilton hotel and hill Srdj.
On the first floor we have a nice sea view room with private bathroom inside the room.
Also on the first floor there is one more triple room with a nice view to the Fort Lawrence.
On the ground floor we have one more triple room with the private bathroom inside the room and also with the smaller sea view then in the upstairs sea view rooms .\'
Please keep in my minds that sea view rooms are on request so before or after booking always contact friendly owner Edi who will help you with anything you and make you feel home in he\'s house and in the city of Dubrovnik.



Also we have free WiFi and Lan connection.

Friendly owner Edi will help you any time with anything, they call him a walking travel agent and he is always around the house and there for you,speaks very good English and German. Please note that payment on arrival is in cash..euro\'s,am.dollars or croatian kuna\'s.We do not accept Credit Card payments.

We are on the Pile beach(Old Town). The nearest bus stop is Pile bus stop, which is located on the Pile gate (one of the entrances of Old Town). Pile bus stop is just 20 seconds walking from our guest house.

We are located on the famous Pile beach only 50 m from Stradun-Placa (historical main street)
There are buses and taxi who are taking you all the way to the old town, the Pile Gate is just 50 m from our house.Our house is located just 20 meters from the only Croatia Airlines office in Dubrovnik which is 30 meters from the old town .
