Opened in Nov, 2006. A former small Japanese sytle ryokan was partially remodelled into a cool Japanese style backpackers hostel.

We are very close to the Peace Memorial Park and the A-Bomb. Also has good access to another World Heritage site Miyajima. Please visit the Hiroshima, the city of peace and water.

We give you a stamp for each night at any J-Hoppers hostels (Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima and Hida Takayama) or Hana Hostels (Hiroshima and Kyoto). You will get a discount or a special coupon on every 4th night.

*We are happy to store your luggage in the luggage room before checking in and after checking out. Longer term luggage storage is available for returning guests.

[Guest rooms]
*Most of our guest rooms are Japanese style with traditional tatami mats. Every room is air-conditioned and puffy Japanese style futon sets are installed. We have some twin rooms and 1 triple room.
*We also have two mixed dorm rooms with 4 bunk beds and one Japanese style female dorm room with 4 futon sets. There is a locker in the dorm rooms *Free Wifi in the all rooms

[Shower room and toilet]
A shower room and a toilet are not in a guest room. Toilet rooms are on every floor and 4 common shower rooms can be used for 24 hours.

[Kitchen]
We have a communal Kitchen which is fitted with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, cooking utensils, tableware etc..
Free coffee, tea, Japanese tea and various kinds of seasoning are available to use.

[Common space]
-TV lounge - TV with international programs (CNN.BBC etc) and some games.
-Rooftop terrace (open 9:00-21:00) and cozy patio -Beer vending machine -FREE Wifi Internet access everywhere in the hostel -FREE Common PC for Internet access -We are very sorry but we don\'t have an elevator.


+++Cancellation Policy+++
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, we will require 2 days advance notice before the date of your arrival (e.g. if your arrival date was on the 5th, then before 10 p.m. [Japan Time] of the 3rd), otherwise you will be charged the cancellation fee of one night\'s stay.
For groups of more than 5 people, we may require additional condition when you make a reservation request.

The reception is open 8:00-11:00 and 15:00-22:00. Check-in time is from
15:00 to 22:00.
You can arrive earlier and leave luggage between 8:00-11:00.
The reception is closed from 11:00 to 15:00 for the house cleaning.
Please avoid during the time because the front door is locked. However, you can open the door with the coed, so if you will be arriving at here between 11:00-15:00, please contact us in advance.

Once you check in, there is no curfew and no lockout time. Check out time is 11am and you can leave your luggage even after you check out (please don\'t forget to get the cord for the front door, if you are picking up your luggage 11:00-15:00).

Hostel staff is composed by Receptionists, Cleaning staff and Night-watch staff.
Even receptionists have the clean-up shifts and try to keep the hostel neat and clean always.
We also try to be up to date on what is happening in the area and can give you advice where to go. We are a meeting point for travelers from all over the world!

13 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car from JR Hiroshima Station South Exit.

OR, 2 minutes on foot from Kanayama-cho Tram Stop. West side of Inari-ohashi (a bridge name). We are located by a river.
