Ringo's Foyer Guest House offers budget accommodation in the heart of the city of Melaka. Due to our great location, you are just a few minutes walk from everything Jonker Street has to offer. There is no shortage of things to do and see - discover the bustling west end of the city with its local stalls and markets, check out the museums, art galleries, local shops and much more. Or if you prefer, you can chill out on our rooftop, or choose to watch a movie from our endless list!

Directions
Hello Travelers!
You can get to Ringo�s Foyer Guest House quite easily from the Central bus terminal. We are only two blocks northwest of Chinatown and the address is 46-A Portugis Road (not the Portugis Settlement outside of town). From the bus terminal, a taxi will cost you 15RM. Tell the taxi driver you want to go to Pei Teck School and we are just across the street above the OH GA NAH restaurant.
By Bus
The bus is only RM1 and you can take just about any bus that says �OCEAN MALL� These buses leave from platform numbers 6,7,8,16, and 18 (sometime there will change the number, you can ask the Information counter ) and take about 10-15 minutes.Once you get down at the 'OCEAN MALL', just walk in the direction of the bus and turn left and walk 5min, after that you will see the Shell Petrol Station on you right hand side,Cross the road and walk pass the shell station and turn left. First you will see a four-story building on your left with the 'HALLMARK HOTEL' and then you will see our building on the next block. Now the Pei Teck School is on your right. The walk is about 10 minutes.
If you have any problems you can call me (phone number) or ask anyone about the Kampung Hulu Mosque, Ocean mall or Hallmark hotel.
The train is not the best option as the closest train station to Maleka is Tampin almost an hour away. You can arrange a taxi for 60-80RM if this is the best option for you.
Normal trip time from Singapore by bus is only 4 hours and from Kuala Lumpur only 2 hours. We look forward to meeting you and we hope you can join us on one of our free nightly bike tours around beautiful Melaka!
