The World Cup is over but we're not quite done celebrating yet!
The All Blacks win has inspired us and we think now is the time for renewal.

We are currently offering free breakfast from Mon to Sat due to exterior upgrade and paint work happening. There will be some noise involved but foturnately work is only daytime.
We are sorry for the inconvience caused and hope the free breakfast would lighten you up in the morning (and then hopefully you'll forget about the noise!)

With the beach on our doorstep and summer now upon us it is the ideal time for surfers and beach lovers alike to come and visit.
And if you feel tired and thirsty after a long hard day of sunbathing then the local bars offer a selection of live music and quiz nights to keep you entertained.

Catch a bus from the bus exchange
Over 20 buses per hour.
We are 16 mins east of the central city with 7different bus routes to New Brighton.(no.5 Southshore route is the most direct) Here is the metro bus website. http://www.metroinfo.org.nz/

For those driving from the airport Queen Elizabeth Drive will take you to well sign posted New Brighton and from the city via Pages road or Wainoni Roads will also lead you to New Brighton.
Shuttle buses operate Airport to Point Break OR Point Break to Airport services 24 hr 7 day.
One-way cost for 1 person is NZ$38 each additional person is $7

Point Break Backpackers entrance is located at 6 Union Street and car parking on the Corner of Union Street and Beresford Streets.
