We have 6 private rooms (3 w/ private bath, 3 w/ shared bath) one dorm room, with comfortable beds beds, good ventilation, and big lockers to organize your gear. We also offer a studio apartment with private bath and kitchenette for long-term visitors.

If you are interested in studying Spanish, we can set you up with private classes with an experienced professor right here in the hostel.

And, if you like to cook, you will feel right at home here. At La Tortuga Booluda, we have a fully equipped kitchen for you to use. We also offer breakfast and traditional Nicaraguan meals upon request.

Directions

La Tortuga Booluda is located just 3.5 blocks from the center plaza. Take a Taxi from the bus terminal and tell the driver: 'Lleveme por favor al Hostal Tortuga Booluda... De la Iglesia San Juan de Dios, una cudra y media abajo (oeste), mano derecha'.

To walk from the center of town, go to the southwest corner of the plaza, and walk 3.5 blocks west- We are on the right.
