Alpina Hotel

The Hotel ALPINA, run by the owners family, invites with its private and pleasant atmosphere to a short or longer stay.

The ALPINA and Interlaken is an ideal base for all trips in the Jungfrau Region and in whole Switzerland. Most of our rooms have a wonderful view to the mountains and to the Jungfrau. The train station and the centre are only 10 minutes walk away but there are also some buses. The sunny hotel garden invites you to stay and to enjoy a unique view of the mountains.

We can offer you our Traditional Swiss Stübli restaurant or our Half Board restaurant where we serve Swiss specialities as well as international dishes.

All rooms are equipped with tv, radio and hair dryer. Most of the rooms have a nice view to the Jungfrau or to the surrounding Bernese Alps. Some rooms have balcony.

The highlights in the Interlaken region include the UNESCO World Heritage site Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschhorn; the Jungfrau Railway to the Jungfraujoch; Lakes Thun and Brienz; Schilthorn and Mürren.

Hiking is possible in the wonderful Jungfrau region, while Interlaken is a Mecca for all adventure-sports fans.

There is a local bus to use for FREE during your stay in Interlaken.

Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs CHF 4.00 per hour.

Breakfast and taxes are included in room rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If canceled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Directions

When you arrive by car the easiest way is if you take the motor speedway exit no. 25 'Wilderswil, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Matten'. Then you follow the sign 'Interlaken center and then you will find us on the left hand side after 700 meters.
