Description of Surrounding Area

The Anam Cara Coaching Centre is set in the beautiful Sabinal valley near Alora. The centre has stunning 360 degree views of the surrounding area which provides glorious mountain walks, birdwatching, quad biking, horse riding and much more. It is only 35 minutes journey inland from Malaga Airport, providing quick and easy access for arriving and departing. Three major Spanish cities, Seville, Cordoba and Granada are within reasonable travelling distance.

Description of Accommodations

All guests have double ensuite rooms, which surround a peaceful central courtyard. There is an exclusive swimming pool, sun terrace and a roof terrace.

All rooms have a private shower and toilet and are comfortably furnished with good quality bedding and towels.

The Centre has its own pool and can arrange a range of activities for guests such as horse riding, quad biking, trekking,

Services Offered

Alan and Grace Chatting offer guests a very high level of personal attention, intensive Life Coaching and therapeutic help where needed. Guests learn how to identify their Core Values, their Life Purpose , their Dream Job and the limiting beliefs which prevent them from reaching their full potential as human beings. They also learn a range of stress management techniques, and Relationship coaching for long lasting happy and fulfilling relationships.

Other Information

Grace and Alan are BACP accredited Counsellors, Family Mediators and Life Coaches. Each week at the Anam Cara Centre is tailored to the needs of the individual guests. Groups are small, usually 2-4, providing each guest with very personalised daily coaching. The objective is that guests will have a life changing experience as a result of the coaching they receive.

Up to 3 follow up coaching sessions are included in the cost.

Directions

All guests are met at Malaga airport by Alan and Grace and are brought back again for their journey home.
