You have the comfort of air-conditioning in every room and ceiling fans in the Living room and all bedrooms. The villa will accommodate up to 8 people and to ensure your comfort it’s furnished and maintained to a high standard.
Your view from the pool & lanai overlooks a wet retention area . We're sure you'll love the extra comfort of the deep cushioned patio furniture. You can also relax in the seating area of the pool, which has a bubble jet feature. It's a great way to unwind while you watch the sunset.The Lanai is partially covered so you can sit in or out of the sun, on our deep cushioned patio furniture. The pool has solar heating and for the colder months optional electric heating. There is a seat in either end of the pool fitted with spa jets, great for unwinding at the end of a hectic day.
After a hard day enjoying yourself, the Queen size bed in the Master bedroom will be very inviting and with an en suite bathroom, 20” Cable T.V. and DVD Player, you can tuck yourself away until you're ready for another day in the Florida sunshine.
You'll find the second Bedroom with twin beds ideal for kids as it has cable T.V. and a Playstation 2, to help keep them entertained. The Playstation doubles as a DVD and you'll find a selection of cartoons and a game to play. There are board games too and you can hire games locally if they get bored with what's there.
Your other guests have the third Bedroom which has a Queen Sized bed, also has cable T.V. and a radio alarm. These bedrooms share a separate family bathroom.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The villa will sleep up to 8. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen size beds and the 3rd with 2 twin beds. In the living room one of the Sofas pulls out into a Queen size bed.

There are two bathrooms one in the Master bedroom and a shared family bathroom between the other bedrooms. Both baths have an over head shower in the bath.

Amenities

There is a large screen Digital Cable TV in the Living room with hundreds of channels and surround sound system to play CD's DVD and Radio. Every bedroom has cable TV, the Master bedroom has a DVD player and high speed broadband PC . The twin room has a Sony Playstation 2 and other games. All guests have free local national and international phone calling. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cater for 8 people.

Policies & Restrictions

For the benefit of all guests there is no smoking anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker please do not book this villa. There are many other villas that will welcome you.

We regret that we are unable to accept pets.

Directions

The house is 5 minutes from Champions Gate junction off Interstate 4. Full directions will be provided prior to your arrival, to suit your travel arrangements.
