Five major ski areas are 5-10 miles driving distance. Hiking, biking near by, and boating in Frisco; five miles west. There is a free shuttle bus service, the Summit Stage, to Silverthorne and several of the ski areas. Aside from skiing, there is hiking, fishing, sailing, and other boating, biking, AND....
There is an out mall at the bottom of the hill one can "shop 'til you drop" if all else fails.

Vacation Rental Property

Small two bedroom, one bath condo. Hugely popular club house with three hot tubs, games lounge area. Fully equipped kitchen, with condiments, coffee provided, glass-top stove, TV, DVD, cable, games, Communal BBQ area, two laundry facilities.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Sleeps four comfortably. The bedrooms are very quiet and one always sleeps well here. There are views of the Continental Divide from them.

Amenities

TV, stereo, DVD player. There is no iron nor ironing board! The club house has three hot tubs and a small pool, video games and a beautiful upstairs lounge along with WiFi.

Directions

2 miles north west of the Interstate-70 and Silverthorne. Exit at Silverthorne,turn left at 1st light and go along Wildernest/Ryan Gulch Rd &1.7 miles. Turn right at Lodgepole Circle. Turn left at the second driveway(buildings C and D). Go into parking lot and park near the covered stairway. Unit is in building "D".
