The Great American balloon company offers hot air balloon rides in Perris (Riverside County), Temecula and Palm Desert, California. Temecula is by far the most popular location to do your hot air balloon experience. It is Southern California's Wine Country. You will be treated to a complimentary Limo Shuttle to and from your flight location, see vineyards, wineries, rolling hills, golf courses, Lake Skinner and Diamond Valley Lake. Absolutley breath taking views. These are sunrise flights, 7 days a week, year round flying (weather permitted). You have a choice of a Private flight for two or a Standard flight where you will fly in either a 4, 6, 8 or 10 passenger balloon. The cost starts are anywhere from $126-$700.
Perris (Riverside County) flights are also Sunrise flights, We meet at the Perris Airport. See skydivers, rolling hills, farmlands, Canyon Lake ,Lake Perris and much more. Year round flying, 7 days a week, weather permitted. Balloon jumps available for the seasoned skydivers at $65 per jump.Flights in Perris start at $95 per person to $700.00 per couple.
Palm Desert: "Seasonal" Late October through May only. Fares $180-$1000. Sunrise or Sunset flights. See snow capped mountains, golf courses, beautiful country clubs and estates and much more.
All flights include a post flight champagne toast with champagne, orange juice, picnic style continental breakfast or light snacks, bottled water and a First Flight Ascension Certificate that is personalized with a photo.Tethered hot air balloons are also available for events, television shows, commercials, etc..please call for a price quote on those.

Typical Day

Flights are flown 7 days a week.Passenger arrival time will depend on the time of year you are booking your flight.When you get to the meeting location, you will check in with the attendant, watch the balloons inflate, board the balloon and go on your flight. After the balloon lands, you will be escorted back to the original meeting location for the post flight champagne party.
On Temecula flight, you will also be treated to a complimentary Limousine Shuttle to and from the take off and landing areas.

Age range, type of group

Passenger must be at least 5 years and up.Pregnant women cannot fly for any reason.It is recommended that the elderly passengers do sunrise flights rather than a sunset flight. The difference between the two is that the morning flights are very calm and the sunset flights are a little more on the wild side.
