This small and colorful vacation complex has 4 connected studios in a tropical garden, here you will find the famous “Flamboyan” tree with beautiful orange flowers.This tree is florishing between June and October.

In walking distance from de studios you will find a few bars, restaurants, a shopping mall and a bus stop. In a few minutes driving you will find a supermarket, 10 minutes driving to the capital districts Punda and Otrobanda, and to the nearest beach Mambo.

These recently renovated studio/apartments have all the things you need for a enjoyable vacation. Each studio has their own unique Caribbean color and style, and are furnished in a pleasant and homely way with beautiful furniture, colorful paintings and atmospheric lighting.

Each studio has its own private covered terrace with a table and two chairs. Enjoy a refreshing drink or a meal here in the shade . From the terrace you a have a beautiful view on our “Flamboyan” tree which will be flourishing only once a year between July and October.

These stylish studios have a small open style kitchen with a bar and bar stools, a sleeping area, a comfy sitting area, and a bathroom.

The kitchen has a big refrigerator with freezer, a gas stove with 4 cooking pits and oven, a fresh coffee maker (to be used on the pits), kitchen linens, cutlery, plates, pans and the all the needed cooking utensils.

The sleeping area has a double bed with night cabinets, en bed linens. 3 of the studios have a 2 persons box-spring and one studio has two single beds. A baby bed is on request.

The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a shower, towels and a closet to store your goods.

- All studios have air-conditioning and a radio/CD player.

Policies & Restrictions

- The minimum stay is 1 week.

- A final clean up is mandatory for 30 € (Euro).

- smoking is allowed on the terrace.

The price per night:

2 persons: 15 Euro per night, based on a 2 persons stay.

1 person: 30 € (Euro) per night.


The price per month:

750 € (Euro) per month based on a 2 months stay.

Security deposit:

- For a stay of 1 to 2 weeks = 100 € (Euro).

- For a stay of 2 to 3 weeks = 150 € (Euro).

- If you are staying a month or 2 = 200 € (Euro).

- For a stay of 3 months or longer = 250 € (Euro).
