We have been operating for 10 successful years and offer excellent value for your money ! It is also an ideal venue for honeymooners as they would have space and the privacy of the entire house and garden to themselves. Sip drinks on the elevated wooden deck with panoramic views of the lagoon and the 'Knysna Heads' or enjoy the view from the lounge/dining room and bedrooms. Watch the Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe Train puff out of the station and across the lagoon while you sip your sundowners on the patio. Relish the tranquil country lifestyle of Knysna with easy access to the Garden Route and Klein Karoo.Ideally situated, a three minute walk to central Knysna and the lagoon, yet off the busy Main Road. There are always a selection of teas, biscuits, juice, Hot chocolate and filter coffee in the cupboards for your use. Directions

From Cape Town Driving on the N2 cross the White Bridge, drive along the edge of the lagoon until the first set of traffic lights. Continue along the Main Road past the Total Garage and take the next street left. This is Short Street. Then take the second road to the left which is Agnar Street and is a cul-de-sac. Prospect Cottage is No. 23, on the left hand side of the road. From Port Elizabeth Drive straight through the village and after Mr Price ( on the left) take the next street right (Short Street).
