Belize Lodge & Excursions offers 4 luxury lodges in the south, from the foothills of the Maya Mountains to the marine environment, each located within a different habitat type, and providing guests with a truly unique "Trans-Habitat Experience". Each of our BLE owned lodges take seclusion, luxury, and service to a new standard and blends the three to create a totally one-of-a-kind experience. It is an experience that you will recall again and again.

Description of Rooms/Suites

Indian Creek Lodge
Nestled among tropical trees and gardens, cabins are scattered along stone pathways leading to the hilltop with private verandah and spectacular vista of the nearby rainforest. Explore our private Boden Creek Ecological Reserve, on foot, mountain bikes or by safari tour. Just steps away are the Mayan ruins of Nim Li Punit. Visit other Maya sites, caves, swamp and river trips and local Maya Villages. Spend 2-3 nights exploring the surrounding area.


Ballum Na - House of the Jaguar
If you've ever dreamed of staying right on nature's doorstep, you will not get any closer than this. Ballum Na (House of the Jaguar) is our second luxury lodge, located 2 miles south of Indian Creek Lodge and is also home to our two resident Jaguars. Three deluxe suites, private restaurant and bar, expansive decks and circular walkway look out over the 2.1-acre jaguar habitat. Surrounding this is the 13,000 acre Boden Creek Eco-Reserve.

Jungle Camp
Immerse yourself in the remote jungle by taking a river expedition with Mayan Guides, down the unspoiled Golden Stream to the ultimate luxury lodge - Jungle Camp. Blending with the tree canopy and scattered along the high bank of the river, deluxe bungalows are suspended 18' above the forest floor with tranquil views of the river and surrounding forest. The restaurant and bar have extensive observation decks and birds and wildlife abound.


Moho Cay Lodge
Deep in the heart of every adventurer, lies a castaway dreaming of his or her own private island. At Moho Cay your dreams come true. Situated on a 2 acre white sand beach, palm tree covered island, the lodge accommodations are raised tented bungalows covered by thatched roofs. The restaurant and bar overlook the open sea and the distant mountains. Snorkel on patch coral reef, or lay on the beach soaking up the tropical sun and cool breezes.

Amenities

Ballum Na’s, 5-star Master and Junior Suites. The Master Suite has a spacious bedroom, paneled in warm hardwoods, overlooking the enclosure, with separate sitting room suspended above the rushing stream, and Mexican tiled bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. On the third floor guests will find their own private restaurant and bar, with expansive decks and circular canopy walkway, overlooking the jaguar enclosure below, Boden Creek and the cascading Parrot Falls. On the 4th floor an observation deck looks out over the top of the jungle canopy and a carpet of green in every direction and the mountains to the north.
