In front of Vypeen church is the Vypeen Beach walkwayFort Kochi, The famous Heritage zone is linked to Vypeen through a 5minutes ferry. While crossing the ferry a picturesque view of Vypeen and Fort Cochin along with its Chinese fishing nets can be seen.Cherai Beach, This lovely beach is an ideal spot for water sports, swimming and basking is 10Kms away.Puthuvypeen Beach is 3Kms from Vypeen boasts miles of surf beaches.Cochin Lighthouse is located at Puthuvypeen. Pallipuram Fort is situated in the northern extremity of Vypeen island. It was built by the Portuguese in 1503 and is one of the oldest existing European monument in India.Vallarpadam Church, the Original church was built by Portuguese missionaries in 1524. The original building was destroyed by floods in the 17th century and the present building was built in 1676. Vallarpadam Church is 2Kms away.By Air: Kochi International Airport - 35 Kms

The first floor of this three storied house is fully furnished with two spacious double bed rooms and a sit out for the comfort of the guest.Each room have wooden floor and wooden ceilingsSecond floor attic is available to guests for common uses like reading , indoor games like chess etc.Wooden staircase connect each floor.
