Description of Activity/Tour

Bison Quest is available to only one private group at a time…… yours. For a true back to nature experience, nothing can match the pleasure of sleeping in a real log cabin or relaxing in an authentic tipi surrounded by a powerful bison herd in the magnificent Montana wilderness. Learn about the natural history of this awe-inspiring animal and participate in a bison behavioral study with our wildlife biologists.
Experience days full of activities from rafting, hiking and horseback riding to participating in wildlife studies with our internationally known wildlife biologists. Or learn how to pack a backpack, read a topo map, or cook in a dutch oven . Then spend your evenings around a campfire in an authentic Lakota Sioux tipi or spotlighting for nighttime wildlife. Interspersed between these activities is a variety of pampering spa treatments from outdoor massages near your cabin, to botanical footbaths after a mountain hike. Bison Quest is an all-inclusive package including all program transportation as well as from and back to the origin airport or hotel, all meals, adventure activities, nature programs, spa treatments, and more.

Sleeping and meals

*Authentic Log Cabins and Native American Tipis
---The main floor of each log cabin has one king size or 2 twin beds, as well as a private bath, with sink, shower, and toilet. The half loft upstairs also has 1 or 2 beds. We provide an “old west” feel combined with the luxuriousness of 400 count fine bed linens, cozy comforters, and buffalo robes.
We also have an authentic Lakota Sioux tipi available for a place to relax, have your massage, or sit around a campfire.

Rates

Rates start at $1899/adult and $1300/child (4-11) for a 4 day/3 night all inclusive package.
