We are a school for italian language art, culture and gastronomy . we run courses all year round . Our lessons are "hands on " under the supervision of the chef . Partecipants elaborate a full menu and then sit and taste what they have prepared . The courses are run in italian and english and welcome international partecipants of all ages and nationalities , food lovers or people that want to live " siena" around the table , learning the secrets of traditional tuscan cuisine . the school helps partecipants to find an accommodation according to their budget and specific requests . You can come partecipate to these intensive culinary courses run in the morning or just partecipate to an evening culinary course . (please ask for the dates )
9.30 am : the lesson starts in the professionally equipped kitchen of the school with the briefing of the recipes that will be elaborated .
Partecipants will then start the preparation of each dishes and listen to the chef .
12.30 the partecipants sit and taste what they have prepared on the panoramic terrace of the shool or in the dining room .
13.30 partecipants help to clean and reasset the kitchen .
Age range, type of group
all ranges. We cannot ask " MINORS " unless with the presence and under the responsability of their parents .
Sleeping and meals
the school offers an accommodation service . We can reserve independant apartments, villas, hotels , rooms in shared apartments, family accommodation , according to the budget of partecipants.
