The 3-rooms flat is situated in the very center of the city close to the hotel ” Minsk ” . The nearest metro stations are Nezavisimosti , Nemiha and Kupalovskaya. This flat is our best one as it is situated in the heart of Minsk. In the close vicinity one can find numerous shopping areas, Main Department Store, discos, cafes, and restaurants (Japanese Restaurant, “Freski”, “Renaissance”, McDonald’s), and a taxi park.
Repair is in classical style.
6 people can be accommodated in the flat, but it will be an ideal variant for 4 people as well. There are two large beds and a wardrobe in the bedrooms. There is a sofa, a coffee table, and an arm-chair in the living-room.
In one bedroom there is dear sleeping set consisting of 2 sleeping beds, a case, a mirror, a locker, 2 bedside-tables. In other bedroom - a greater bed, a bedside-table. In a drawing room is available as the smart leather sofa (is displayed), a coffee table from a marble, the Italian furniture set.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary things. There is a dinner table and 4 chairs in it.

This particular flat, as well as all our other flats, is quiet, furnished with new furniture, quite large, functional. We hope you’ll make yourself at home there. The flat is equipped with a signaling, a metal front door, a combination lock, an on-door speakerphone. The double-glazed windows isolate the flat from the street noise.
