Boreal Lakeland Eco-Tour travel by canoe around islands and headlands of Chip Lake and on foot through boreal forest
Birding and wildlife viewing/photography
Bushcraft and primitive skills wildlife/ecosystem bios and information

Typical Day

Full course breakfast and depart for main camp with guides
Safety orientation and information
Launch canoes and explore island habitat observing heron and pelican colonies encounter beaver, moose and black bear
Campfire lunch on island
Observe/photograph nesting eagles from blind
Nature walk through forest
Check out wolves and other predators from blind
Return to lodge for full course dinner
Campfire and tall tales
