I took my wife on a trail ride as a surprise for her birthday. We had a great time. Herb and Carrol were most hospitable. Our trail guide was the young and beautiful Isabella, who was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. The horses were beautiful and well groomed. After the ride, herb welcomed us back with complimentary soda and beer. I will definitely return. Thanks a lot for a great time, guys! ... more

This place is a easy five out of five. The family is GREAT, extremely friendly and outgoing, knowledgeable, and very patient with new beginners. They have a great variety of horses for whatever skill level you are at. The horses themselves are friendly, very well behaved, clean and healthy with their unforgettable personalities and funny traits. All of these great positives makes this place somewhere not only am I planning on going to again but will tell my friends and family to do as well. Out ... more

American Horse Trails
All our trails are private ( your party only). We offer four trails: The Sugar Mill Trail (one hour-walk only), Harvest Moon Trail (two hour-walk and trot), Wind Cove Trail (three hour trail-includes walk, trot, canter, and a Barbeque), and The Thundering Hooves Trail (an hour and a half-it is 95% trotting and cantering, and for the experienced rider). We have horses for all levels of riding.

Being out on a trail, enjoying South Florida's beautiful outdoors and wildlife. The wind blowing on your face as a feeling of freedom and excitement fill you, the sound of thundering hooves as they beat into the ground while you canter your Arabian horse. Getting to see a hawk flying over, fish jumping in the lake as you ride by, an iguana leaping into the water, or just taking in the sounds of the back country as you let your horse drink by the lake. It will be a day your friends and family will never forget.
