Villa 'Prima' is located at 800m from the Black Sea coast, 4km from the town of Varna and 6km from the 'Golden sands'.It is situated in the 'St.st.Konstantin and Elena'resort, where you can find many swimming pools with hot mineral water and exellent ways for relaxation and entertaiment (restaurants, casino, discotheques, bowling, tennis...)

A nice place to spend wonderful moments of recreation and relax . It is suited for familys and also for friends who gather to explore all the entertainment the city,'St.Konstantin and Elena','Golden sands'and 'Albena' can offer.

The property has four separate self-contained apartments, each one consisting of two separated or passing rooms with T.V.,refrigerator, bathroom. Small pool and garden with big B.B.Q.

Each apartment can accommodate 5 person.

Breakfast is not included in the price, on request, the price will be between 3 and 5 Euros.

Payments on arrival - only cash - Currencies accepted are Lev, Euro, Dollars and Pounds!

Villa 'Prima' is 800m from the beach in the Black Sea resort 'St.St.Konstantin and Helena' situated between Varna town and Golden sands resort. You can get regular common bus N 409 from the air-port, #8 or#9 from rail-station, and #409 from main bus station of Varna and from the centrum at the front of main cathedral. You have to get off on the bus stop named 'Marek'. The villa is 80m.from the bus stop,9km.from the rail-station,20km from the air-port Varna,5km to 'Golden sands and 4km.to the city Varna.We have garden restaurant 30m.from the villa.
