BELOW SEASONAL RATES AND ANNEXED SITE
Please note that rooms booked on our secondary site located at 7210 rue Saint Denis at the corner of Jean-Talon street are not the rooms seen on the pictures of hostelworld. Those belong only to the main site.
This new facility is our newest work in progres, it actually is undergoing some minor repairs and will only be available from August onwards. The below seasonal rate specials are intended as a promotion only and aim to kick off our new venture. This promotion is extended throughout August and although the new facility is not as modern as the original Pied-A-Terre we are convinced that you will find great and outstanding value in the accomodations.

Since the rates are below season we are pleased to offer you a limited menu for breakfast additionally to our regular complimentary coffee and tea. Other conditions may apply, please call us for details. This offer is valid until September 1st, seasonal rate begins at 24$ per day plus applicable taxes.
