MOAI VIAJERO HOSTEL is located just 6 blocks from the Metro walking down Av. Republica, a beautiful street with wide sidewalks and lined with trees. The buildings, former mansions, have now mostly been converted into universities. Rumor has it that it was the first street in Santiago to be paved with asphalt thanks in no small part to the influence of the people that once lived here.
Metro station Republica is only two stations from Estacion Central, the train station (that also has a mall with a 6 screen movie theater), and three stations from Metro Universidad de Santiago, the main bus terminal in Santiago from which you can go just about anywhere a road will take you in Chile and beyond.
