Now its time for you to help us. From chapinorte guesthouse we are commit to do more for the people of this country. I have been giving you many tips about tons of destinations in colombia. But now I need your help.

I want to invite you to join my fundraising lunch taking next sunday ( december 11th at 1 pm ). I will invite all of those you are around bogota to join our special lunch ( LECHONA, A VERY TYPICAL COLOMBIAN DISH). in exchange I wil ask you to help me to sponsor a couple of displace and poor families living in 2 isolated areas of this city. They have children, single women, very complicated to get jobs, to feed their children, very complicate to give them education, a decent house, books, school uniforms, food, and make them happier.

All the money collected will go to them not in money but in food, uniforms, books, and if we can help them to get a vbetter opportunities in job, education, and so, would be wonderful.

I have no much experience with social work, so if any of you who are reading this want to help me, I will be very happy too.

We are Centrally located,5 minutes walking to the popular "Chapinero" area. 3 minutes walking to the "Zona Rosa"(Best night life area of the city),15 minutes to "La Candelaria" (downtown) and just 2 blocks to Transmilenio (76th street exit). We are also in the middle of the city, just 3 blocks away form bus stop to get to la Calera, a beautiful little colonial town up in the mountains. We are in the middle of the road to Chia and Andres Carne de Res Restaurant, Zipaquira and its Salt Cathedral, north bus Station to get to North Colombia and Venezuela.

We offer free transportation from airport to the hostel if your stay is 7 nights or longer for private rooms and from 8am to 8pm flights, (see special offer), breakfast is included and Spanish courses with Colombian natives teachers as optional.
The place has a nice kitchen where you can cook yourself, hot showers in shared bathrooms and local tour guides or touristic information/orientation if you needed.
