The warmest welcome to Blue House youth hostel & really your home away from home, a place that caters for you, Our aim: is to make your stay at the hostel an unforgettable experience and of course, we are willing to give our best to help you to discover the hidden beauties of this wonderful Ecuador.


Blue house youth hostel is located in the best touristic area of Quito(La Mariscal), it was built in 1940 of classic structure and renovated in 2008, with all modern facilities, close to everything, but far enough to offer you warmth, tranquility, and sweet dreams.

Hungry? We have a Grill Party every weekend, and if you want to you can bring your own stuff and cook with us.


The greatest way to know Quito is through the bikeway so you can hire a bicycle here and make your own tour through the old and new town.

!!Yes¡¡ Soccer. On Saturday and Sunday we have some matches with the guys of the hostel and the locals in the central park of Quito which is just ten minutes away.

We organize different kinds of city tours depending on the most important current events in Quito such as concerts, parties, sports, parades, shows, etc.

Have a quiet afternoon in and just relax in our Lounge&Bar beside the fireplace, reading a book , we offer you a variety of literature, have a cup of coffee or tea, of course if you want something stronger we are always ready to serve different kinds of drinks, beer or shorts, and some meals on request.

In the Cable DVD room feel free to watch any movie or keep practicing your favourite Play Station game, we also have board games and a mini pool table.

Sometimes travelling can be a bit exhausting, so if you stay for five nights with us, you get a free entrance to our SPA a few minutes away, where you can relax in the steam room, jacuzzi or turkish bath and more; if you stay three nights you get 50% discount.

Directions

OK it´s easy, here we go...........
There are several ways to get to the hostel so the best options are:

We´ll be pleased to pick you up from the airport.

If you take a taxi, the address is the next: (La Mariscal) the average amount to pay it´s $7 (depending on traffic), we are just 15 minutes away from the airport .

But if you are coming from the bus terminal you can ask for the nearest TROLE BUS station and take it until Colon Station where you should get off. Ask anyone walking around for the address mentioned above and they will be able to tell you where is it (trust me), from there it´s gonna take 10 minutes walking and for only 0,25 dollar cents.
