It\'s not possible to enter the house outside reception hours.
People who have checked in get keys for 24 hour access. (10 Euro deposit) CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, CASH ONLY

The kitchen has all facilities you need to cook a proper meal, including a lot of herbs and spices to pimp the travelers beloved spaghetti bolognese.
In the living room you find a computer, board games, guitars, book exchange. In this room smoking is allowed. All other rooms are non smoking.

There are no hidden costs
The minimum age is 18.
A valid passport or ID card has to be shown.
A drivers licence or student card ids not an ID card.

From central station (HBF)

Go to the back exit of the station (Breslauer Platz). To your left there is an underground station. From there you take any underground to Ebertplatz( Nr. 5, 16, 18).
If you use the underground station Dom/HBF which you find at the main entrance you have to buy a regular single ticket (1b), From Breslauer Platz /HBF you can use the short distance ticket (K)
From Ebertplatz you take underground number 12 or 15 to Neusser Str./ Gürtel.

For those who travel with an Eurail ticket and like to save the money for the underground:
The closest S-Bahn station is called Geldern Str./ Parkgürtel. From there it takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the hostel.

From the airport:
Take S-Bahn (S13) to Hansaring .
from Hansaring go downstairs to the underground, take No 12 or No 15 to Neusser Str/Gürtel
leave the station straight. On the left hand side there is an Aldi sign.
Pass it and after 80 m you arrive at the house number 404 which is the hostel.
The entrance is on the backside, please ring the bell.

day ticket: 7,50 Euro
day ticket for groups up to 5 people: 11,10 Euros
A Taxi from central station cost about 10 Euro

By car:

from south:
take autobahn exit Number 27 (Kreuz Köln Ost) on A 3 to Zentrum. Second traffic light right into Neusser Straße. Follow the road for roundabout 2 km to house number 404 on the right side. Free parking on the street.

from north:
take exit Number 100 on A1 (Köln-Niehl) follow direction to Niehl, take the first exit at the roundabout, turn left at next traffic light into Neusser Straße (3km to house number 404, 100m after U-Bahn station)

from west:
take exit 101 on A1 (Kreuz Köln-Nord) to Zentrum
take exit 30 (Ehrenfeld) turn left at traffic lights, follow the road to the end and turn left, next road right, follow to the end and turn right into Neusser Straße. The hostel is 100 m after U-Bahn station on the left side. house number 404
