Welcome to the Five Elements Hostel !
Our young and fun crew welcomes you to our lovely hostel right in the city center of Frankfurt.
In summer 2008 we opened this stylish quality hostel in a beautiful turn of the century building. so everything is still new and of course clean as you expect it from a german hostel.
But definitely more friendly and funny than the cliché!!!
Our mission perfectly described in a guest rating we received a while ago:
"clean, new facilities with awesome staff. Best mix i´ve found of large hostel amenities and small hostel charm" guest rating Aug. 2009.

! IMPORTANT NOTE !
Our hostel is centrally located right between the main train station (3min walk) and the city center (10min walk).
BUT WE ARE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF FRANKFURTS RED LIGHT DISTRICT !
It is not dangerous at all and the hostel has a high security standard, but please if you think you could feel offended or insecure book somewhere else!!

Directions

From the Main Station:
- Walk out of the main entrance. Cross the road in front of you with the TRAM stop and enter into KAISERSTR. (pedestrian zone), take the 1st street (MOSELSTR) to the left. The hostel is right after the next crossing, No. 40

From Frankfurt Int. Airport:
- take the S-Bahn to the Main Station, then see above. Ticket 3,60 euros, takes 11 minutes

Airport Frankfurt Hahn: (ryanair)
- This airport is way out of Frankfurt!!! Flying directly to Frankfurt Int. Airport saves you a 1:45h Bus ride. Bohr goes every hour to Frankfurt Main station for 12 euros.

WARNING: The hostel is right in the REDLIGHT DISTRICT. Though we consider this rather amusing and not at all dangerous, you should not book with us if you feel uncomfortable with it - we want you to enjoy your stay with us. ;-)
