Set in the central Via Delitala, the apartment is cosy and comfortable and special care is taken in its cleaning.The apartment has recently been fully restored and is typical of the architecture of Alghero.

The apartment is suitable for young people wishing to enjoy the lively night life of Alghero during the High Season and for couples willing to get in touch with the culture and history of Alghero.

The apartment has a beams ceiling, and consist of a living room with a double bed and a single sofabed, a dining table, TV, a new kitchen and a big window. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin and bidet. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of three guests (by prior arrangement).Normally bookings are for a minimum of one week but, on demand, it is possible to book for longer or shorter periods than a week.

The cost include: apartment rent, electricity, gas supply and TV.
The amount does NOT include: a compulsory fee of €50,00 for the final cleaning of the apartment, to be paid in advance at the reservation time; linen , air conditiong, washing-machine, oven, dish washer are also not included. It is possible to rent bed linen at the cost of €2,50 for person for day.

The apartment is located in the central Via Delitala 21, extremely close to all the shops, restaurants, pubs, beach and also to the taxi station and bus stop.
In just few minutes it's possible to reach everything you might need, from the supermarket, to the bank, etc....
